Super healthy broccoli-salad
Denne broccolisalat er intet mindre end genial. Jeg har skiftet mange af de meget fedtholdige ingredienser ud med nogle lettere alternativer, hvilket giver en virkelig sund og kalorielet broccolisalat.
BROCCOLISALAT
– 1 Broccoli
– 2,5 Dl. græsk yoghurt 0,2%
– 1 Rødløg (hakket)
– 1/2 Tsk. balcamico-eddike
– 1 Pk. kalkun-bacon i tern
– 1/2 Tsk. citronsaft
– Salt
Steg kalkunbaconet på panden. Del broccoliet i små buketter – hæld kogende vand over det, og lad det trække i ca. 4 min. Hæld derefter vandet fra, og lad det dampe af og køle ned. Bland græsk yoghurt med det hakkede rødløg og rør derefter citronsaft, balcamico-eddike, salt (efter smag) og kalkunbaconet sammen. Vend til sidst broccolien i dressingen. Det smager aller bedst, hvis det sættes på køl inden det serveres.
This broccoli salad is nothing less than brilliant. I have changed many of the high-fat ingredients with some lighter alternatives, which gives a really healthy and low calorie broccoli salad. So just Fry 1 pack of turkey bacon. Share 1 broccoli into small florets – pour over boiling water and let it soak for approx. 4 min. Then pour the water off and let it fumes of and cool down. Mix 2,5 deciliter greek yogurt 0,2% with a chopped red onion, then add 1/2 tsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. balcamico vinegar, salt (to taste) and the turkey bacon. Finally fold the broccoli in the dressing. You get the best taste, if it is put in the fridge before it is served.
